- Co-lead the project alongside the Project Manager, being accountable for both the construction and commercial outcomes of the project
- Lead Project Engineers and Site Engineers as well as the wider team to manage the timely and cost-effective construction of the project.
- Manage subcontract packages including their commercial outcomes and overall co-ordination.
- Attend internal meetings to report progress and resolve issues onsite.
- Attend client meetings including progress and commercial meetings.
- Communicate Daily with internal contract administrators and planners to report any delay in progress to site.
- Provide input into the construction and methodology of the project.
- Liaise with the planner and maintain the projects own 4-week lookahead programme.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or construction management.
- Minimum 7 years post graduate experience managing structural trades.
- Collaborative nature to ensure client satisfaction whilst delivering the required results for the company.
